Announced on Mike Davies' show on Tuesday

The Lock Up stage acts will be announced in Mike Davies’ Punk Show on BBC Radio 1 from 2am Tuesday 25th May 2010.

The Lock-Up Stage returns to the twin sites for another two days that are sure to see huge crowds from start to finish.

A well loved permanent fixture of Reading and Leeds, The Lock-Up Stage always delivers a host of top names in their genres year on year and this time is no exception with two classic headliners at the front of a bill that is a run down of the best punk, hardcore, ska and rock ‘n’ roll names you could hope to see.

“The highlight of my year is always Reading and Leeds. It's the perfect way to end the summer. To be able to be a part of it and have a stage there still blows my mind. We've worked long and we've worked hard to come up with a bill that everyone will enjoy and I think we've done a great job. If you're a fan of punk rock, hardcore, ska and rock'n'roll then you're going to want to get to the tent early and be prepared to spend the whole day/night there. That's how good a line-up it is.” MIKE DAVIES, THE LOCK-UP, RADIO 1

Tune in to Mike Davies' show to find out...

This has gotten me excited.

It is also the day of my last uni exam ever. I shall be very very drunk and demand to lissen to the radio in whatever bar/club I am in :P

also;

"time is no exception with two classic headliners at the front of a bill"

Now, I live some of the precious headliners; less than jake, gallows, rise against, but i'd hardly call them classic headliners.....

Bad religion and Rancid to headline please? :P

I don't know whats worse, starting new threads on something that is covered in so many others, or people moaning so much when they didn't even need to click the thread.

It's really not that bigger deal,

People like to moan...
