FestEver has favourite lists now

I've added a rough and ready Love/Like/Loath system to FestEver to help users (i.e. me!) to record which artists they need to listen to at the festival and which ones they wouldn't mind listening to and the ones they want to avoid.

It's pretty crude (e.g. press the Like button twice and you get two entries, etc.) but for me it's a lot better than a piece of scrap paper! There's a separate list for each festival. I know there's a lot more that could be added to make it more useful but time is limited...

UPDATE!!

I've cleaned it up a bit now too - you don't get duplicate entries on your list if you try to add an artist to the same list more than once.
