ticket disptched fri 21st still notn arrived

my mate's tickets was supposedly dispatched on friday 21st may but has not arrived yet.

it shows on the See tickets tracker as dispatched but there is not trace of it on the dx site.

anyone else in the same boat?

i'm afraid i can't help with the tracker, i didn't bother trying it

but it did take 9 days from the original email to it actually turning up. and they email you once it's been signed for so you at least now if it's ended up at the wrong place! (i had a proper panic, picking up my emails at home to see 'your ticket has been delivered and signed for today'. then remembered that i'd put my work address when i booked, phew!)

sure it will be okay. and there's loads of time this year to sort it out if it isn't. try and relax and enjoy the build up of excitement

I got through to DX and they were really helpful. Just persevere with the phone calls.

For now, my advice is to disregard emails from See, and only pay attention to emails from DX. It took over a week between my email from See and the email from DX. Then DX delivered on the very same day.

You'll get an email after delivery, saying that they believe it's delivered and signed for. If you get one of those and you don't have the ticket, THAT's when to worry.

I had a despatched email and after 5 days nothing arrived and I have to say I found DX really helpful (gobsmacked I was!) Hang in there ages to go yet!

Same boat here, e-mail on the 20th May, no e-mail fron DX and no ticket. I rang see today and they told me to ring Dx on 08447701543, I tried but its a bank holiday. The lady at see said to use my delivery adress as a reference. I will try again tomorrow and let you know. Any luck yourself post it here please?

We have just called DX after getting the email over a week ago but still no tickets. They are being delivered tomorrow. The process seems a bit messed up so definitely give them a call if you haven't heard this week.
