I don't think my opinion is better than anybody else's.

Instead of being condescending and acting as if you are some sort of board sentinel. perhaps it would be a bit more fruitful to discuss what you clearly don't seem to understand rather than immediately judge it because it's an opinion contrary to yours.

People here are discussing Blink 182 - for better or worse. When there is a Blink 182 appreciation thread (like the Guns n Roses one), I won't contribute to it. That's your job now GO! QUICKLY! HURRY BEFORE ANYBODY ELSE DOES IT!

All you ever seem to do is judge other people and think because they like somebody different to you they are not allowed an opinion. As i have said before its fair enough that you don't like blink or anyone else for that matter its just the way you put your argument and try to belittle others. And aslong as you continue to be a prick you will be waiting a long time. I don't know any of the bands that blink have influenced as I'm not a particular fan of that music, but to say that someones work isn't good is insulting and quite stupid really.

That is all i have to say to you but i am sure you will come back with something else as you will undoubtedly have the last word, yawn.

Anyway... back to blink it is going to be awesome standing side by side with one of the biggest crowds of the weekend ater a long day of sun (hopefully) and drink (definately) listening to those guys and singing along .it should be a great end to the day and one to always remember.

A good band would be Pavement. Incidentally, they're not my favourite band (I don't have one because I have so many) and I wouldn't direct anybody towards them but if I were to be asked which band in the history of music were the most consistent and never did anything bad, it would be them. Very few bands can do what they did in their lifetime - Yo La Tengo are close; Big Black would be my second choice. Velvet Underground maybe.

Personally I’d much prefer the festival to revert back to his type of bands, than the direction it seems to be heading with all this pop shit.

Pop, alternative rock, what does it all mean?? Some of my favourite acts ash, weezer and feeder could probably fit in both genres.

I understand where people are coming from with the Dave The Hedgehog abuse. Sometimes his posts do come across a little patronising and condescending. However, usually within these posts there is a point somewhere.

This aimless name calling has no point, and is just boring.

Lets all just get along and talk about how good or bad Blink 182 are?
