Can you buy just access to camping if you have weekend day tickets?

Hi There,

I'm looking for some info on the following.....

Me and 5 friends have Friday, Saturday and Sunday day tickets for the festival but they are not camping. I was wondering if it was possible for us to puchase a camping wrist band when we arrive on Friday so we can camp at the festival?

I was on the Rockness wesite where is had the following Q+A.....

Can I buy a camping ticket when I arrive?

Yes. Providing the campsite is not fully booked you will be able to purchase a ticket at the entrance box offices. Please do not buy tickets from anyone else as we have a very rigid ticket inspection system in place this year. Space is limited so we advise you buy before you arrive!

What I was wondering is if the above means you can get a ticket just for camping or is it a full weekend with camping ticket?

If anyone has done this before or knows someone who has done it, have you any idea how much it is to buy access to camping?

Any help would be great.

You can upgrade your ticket to camping, it was about £30 last year.

Sorry I'm not sure, it was the Friday afternoon that my mate got his. Might be best to drop a quick mail to the organisers and ask.
