Elliesue
Yeah that happened to me - no ticket turned up after an email saying it would be with me within 2-3 days, so I called them and they ask for a reference number for the tracking bollocks, but as the driver hadn't left a card, I didn't bloody have one! It's much easier to phone and speak to a human.

crow
Often better to just go to their depot to pick up - if you have transport that is (as often tucked away in middle of nowhere) but helps speed things up and stops wasted days!

lofichic
I sat in and waited Bank Holiday Monday. No sign. Ticket man obviously flummoxed by having to knock on the door, I figure. So, I rearranged it for Saturday. This time, I set my alarm for 8am and I sat and watched the gate out the window for a laborious amount of hours. The bugger didn't even turn up.Today, my house mate gets a phone call. Her ticket, scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, arrives! This courier service is a bloody joke. I can't afford to take any time off work to wait for my tickets to arrive, let alone for them to NOT arrive. I am not willing to have them delivered to the massive building I work in having read several people's stories of tickets going missing. What am I supposed to do, if they can't even turn up on the day they're supposed to? Can I pick them up from a depot somewhere?
