showers & wash

hello can any one tell me what the showers are like (befor any one says baby wipes) i have done a few glastonburys vfest reading so i am no stranger to festivals, its just its my girlfriends 1 st festival she was asking me because we are drving from london area and want to freshen up when we get there and befor we go home, many thanks :lol:

Last year there was a showering facility called Posh Wash, it was under a fiver and from what I've heard it was pretty good / clean. I queued for it at 8am on the Sunday, but 20 minutes down the line decided to bottle it.

So if your girlfriend can be bothered queuing then tell her to go for it! Otherwise baby wipes (yes I know) and dry shampoo.

I went when there was no queue. Cost £2.50 and was in there for about 10 mins (they never chased me out either). Was clean and water was hot the whole time. Individual sections with lockable door and changing area with sink, bench and mirror.

Second best £2.50 I spent all weekend!

showers were actually fantastic. was well worth the two pound fifty. i was in for a looooong time and no one knocked or nothing. felt amazing after it. loads room too.

agree tho...go later. i walked down at like 9 and que was massive...went back about 11 and didnt have to que at all.
