HMV Tickets suck!

Got this email today from HMV Tickets -

Dear Customer

ROCKNESS DORES INVERNESS

I am contacting you in relation to a booking you have for Rockness at Dores Inverness

Unfortunately due to an administration error we have been unable to secure your booking

We have now cancelled your booking and a refund will be paid back to the payment card with which you originally made payment with

However we have been advised that you will be able to repurchase tickets upon arrival to Rockness at the main entrance of Dores Inverness

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you

Was v annoyed but then I remembered that SSE were doing discount tickets so I've bought another one with my staff discount that I can pick up at the box office and saved myself some money. Still not impressed with HMV though :angry:

That's f**king shite! How can they sell tickets they haven't actually secured?! Surely thats illegal? You'd expect more from a firm as big as HMV! Bawbags.

Worked at Cumbernauld till the other week, left to do some festival work over summer. Might go back in September
