wondering if anyone has any good freezable-cocktail recipies?

Bringing beer and cider obviously, but I'm not a vodka drinker so wondered if a fruity pimms or raspberry daiquiri would freeze/defrost ok?

Daiquiris - Strawberry or raspberry... English strawberrys are half price in most supermarkets now, and although it is not the English raspberry season yet, you can get very good frozen ones.

Mush up your fruit, add rum, if raspberry then add another shot of chambord if you have any, add a shot of lime - taste, freeze.

Try to go for cocktails that are either a base for adding stuff like soda / ginger etc., or failing that cocktails that don't have any fizz in em - fizz does not freeze.

Oh, and you can't beat a good martini - if you don't like the taste of vodka then try flavoured vodka, a decent vermouth (something like Dolin or Lillet), try making it very wet (third the amount of vermouth to vodka).

Freezing a Pimms with fruit would be a crime against humanity. The cucumber and strawberry would go to shit for starters.

Take a litre of pimms, some good lemonade and a small veg box man!

ETA: The mint would become awful too tbh.
