Why not use them? Well they're not an official outlet for one, and you can't vouch for buying tickets from them before.

I can't even seem to find the tickets bit anyway!

Oh just found it, had to sign up to access it. It runs through Viagogo which means you do get some protection, but some of their tickets seem to suggest the Kings of Leon are playing again this year which makes me very wary!!
