Best area to camp

No floods last year. That was 2007 and drainage in the worse affected area (bottom of pennards by the old railway line) has been massively improved.

Not sure what you mean by 'see the farm' though. You mean the whole site (or as much as you can see from a single spot)? Hitchin Hill is a good bet, though you're better off walking up beyond the Park for the best views. No camping there though. :)

Holts is very central but quite noisy, Oxlylers is well placed and boisterous but further from the late night areas and the increasingly popular Pennards has reputation as party central.

Personally though, I've found wherever you camp your experience is often down to the pot luck of what your neighbours are like. They might be party animals or miserable, unsociable gits who insist in taping off their camping area, and the people you end up next to might not have read the script for what the field is supposed to be like.
