Yes that's what I've done except Alter Bridge instead of Bullet, which Linkin Park? I got tix for the first date, standing again but Im on my own for this one, couldn't afford to get for my mate and he couldn't afford his own :(

Im kinda closing my eyes to BFMV, if i don't look at the dates I won't know they're playing, iyswm... :(

missed em at DL too for a decent spot for AC/DC :(

Well, I'm not getting sacked (which is kind of a shame because I knew I was in the right in regards to what they were kicking off over, so would have been due a decent "wrongful dismissal" payment) but I am apparently still on thin ice - situations more than a bit f**ked, I've joined a union now to make sure someone's got my back if things go south again, not happy where I am - incidently, they sacked someone who does the same job as me, and rushed through the process while I was at download so I couldn't be there as a witness, like I said, it's a bit f**ked.

In the mean time I went to an agency last week and they were amazed I was on such a low wage having been with the company for two and a half years, and they're searching for a new position for me with a heftier pay cheque, so that's looking up. Sadly having had my soul crushed over the last two and a half years thanks to the mind numbing monotony of the job, I'm not sure I can muster te enthusiasm I once had for interviews

I've never liked interviews, they make me nervous. But maybe not being over-enthusiastic would be a good thing, makes you appear calm under pressure, which helps to create a good, solid, reliable impression :)

Good luck with the interviews etc - sounds like the sooner you get out the better off you'll be tbh, I don't expect things will improve where you are, will they. :(

Its probably a good thing that you're still employed though - a good pay-out is great if you walk into another job but if you have to use it to live on you don't really gain from it. My mate got made redundant after 21 years, got 15 months pay as redundancy and then spent 13 months unemployed until finally getting a part time job, and has been using the rest of her redundancy to pad her wages out ever since. She's about to run out of money and is starting to worry. :(

ive been unemployed for nearly 5 months now :( finding it difficult to grab any jobs at the moment. hate not having any money, means i missed download, and if i cant sort anything out in the next week or two, will miss Reading ( i will actually cry if i miss weezer)

Only thing ive got to look forward to is the Everytime I Die tour, which i brought tickets for when i had money!

K, done.

What have I signed up to?! lol

I really want to go to High Voltage, Sonisphere the Bulldog Bash & I wouldn't mind V (yes, yes but I have a sudden craving to see the Stereophonics again, OK?!). Sadly my vet has announced that I owe them just under £500 and seeing as just one of those would probably have been out of the question on financial plans I think they're all totally out of the window now. :(

Umm... no? :D
