Last minute volunteering

Although I appreciate I have left it too late really for this but I am interested in volunteering for V but all the common means of recruiting volunteers have now stopped. Anyone know of any other opportunities?

The only regulars at V I can think of are the Samaritans. They have a special 'festival' branch that does them all - sounds cool

They don't have V listed this year so maybe it's a local Chelms branch that does it (no idea if Staffs has it)

Highly unlikely you'd get through the training in time though, and I suspect they're used to dealing with enquiries from folks that just want to blag the festivals.
