can you help test a forum change?

6 times now, sometimes it will post other times it won't, I've emptied my cache (before I post in here) but the last 2 times I got message...

"The instuction at ox1710647d referenced memory at 0x000000000. The memory could not be read."

That message refers to your own PC, so I'm guessing the problem is within your own PC and not the forums.

Could you please try rebooting, see if that cures things, and post back here to say if things are fixed? I'm fairly confident that a reboot will sort it.

Thanks! Couldn't reboot as I've not got the admin password for work computer but logged off & restarted instead, and this message is fine.

If it plays up again I will get IT to look at it.

brill - it seems pretty certain that it was a prob on your machine and not with the forums.

You have issues with IE...

When trying to log out from that section I get this error:

[#2012] The link you followed to logout appears to be badly formed. Please go back and click the link again.

So I wiped my cookies etc...

And when viewing the forum not logged in I get these errors:

I have display every error ticked etc so nothing is masked....

Viewing while logged in was fine.

I'm pleased to say that this error has been fixed in the latest forums software version - and according to the various developer tools I've checked with, there's now no javascript errors at all.
