I'd replace 60% of that stuff for food and booze but that's just me. You've got more than enough stuff.

I'd narrow it down to something like this:

Oh and add Black Bin Liners to your list! They have more uses than you can imagine and are a godsend to keep your clean clothes dry! Gaffa tape is always a good one too!

Nothing on top of what people have already put here, except some electrical tape (got gaffer/duct tape too ofc) incase things break.
