My tickets won't be delivered...

I contacted Seetickets a few days ago regarding the dispatch of tickets. They say they will be dispateched 10 days before the festival, but I live in Mexico and leave for Europe around a week before the festival so I was worried my tickets wouldn't arrive in time. Told them that, and today I received an e-mail stating that my tickets won't be delivered and I have to pick them up at the box office in Hylands Park. All good but I have a couple of questions

a) The e-mail came from ents24.com and I ordered my tickets from See. Doing a little research I can see they are partners so I don't have nothing to worry about, right?

B) Anyone know where the "box office" in Hylands park is????

It shouldnt be a problem mate. A friend ordered a ticket for download festival 4 days before the festival last month and he picked it up from the box office when we arrived on the day as it was too late to send it by post. Just make sure you have a copy of the your email confirmation when you bought your tickets and photographic ID as they asked my mate for both of these.
