From the official website:

Later in the day, the Alternative Stage shows films for those wanting to relax before the club action starts. Needless to say, this is where the ravers and rockers unite to dance until 2.30am with the coolest DJ’s, so save some energy till the wee hours. SMASH N GRAB, SWAP-A-RAMA and DJ GOLDIEROCKS will all host nights to round off your festival.

I know the films have always been thre but is the 'club action' new? And does this mean they are doing a little bit more late night entertainment now. OR as this actually been happening every year and i have been very ignorant to it?

It's the first time that I've heard of anything more than the films and silent disco after the music stops, it was always said that the license prevented late night music but maybe they've managed to get it changed in an effort to reduce the trouble at night?

This is the major thing tbh, if the residents could put up with some noise 3 days a year, i think trouble would go right down.

For example, if the White campsite or carpark was made a little bit bigger and could accomodate a club, keep the stages open a bit later, sign some more unknown acts for the price of a ticket?

Just some ideas to keep the idiots occupied!

Why cant people just sit around a campfire and listen to music and have a smoke anyway?
