lil_symmy
Me and my mates are getting the train down from Liverpool and then the shuttle bus from Stafford station. Where does the shuttle bus drop you off? Is it close or is there a bit of a walk to the campsite???

AiiShotTheDJ
When I went to Chelmsford I got a shuttle bus, they're normally there like 2/3 in a row and they just go when they're full, but they do have certain running times on the monday so make sure you pick one up before they stop or you'll end up (as I did) walking 7 miles to the train station with nothing but a sainsburys trolley to carry all your gear in! At chelmsford the shuttle bus's stopped closer to the festival than the car parks I do believe! So you shouldn't have far to walk at all, I think it's the same at staffs as I've been there for 2 years and walked past the bus's on the way from the car park! Liblar
Some of our friends got the shuttle bus last year and yeah it drops you off right at the entrance, practically on the door step....just note that you have to buy a return ticket (I think they were £8 last year) which was not good for our friends as they wanted to stay later (and party) - the last shuttle bus leaves about 11.15pm. They ended up getting a taxi back, and had to barter with all the taxi drivers, I think they managed to get one for about £30, but they were trying to charge crazy money like £80-£100 (and some of them were not even taxi drivers)... mike.c
im booking that 5 past 6 train from town aswell. my mates reckon its 30 minutes away once you get on the shuttle bus and they are meant to take a different route to the festival which avoids traffic. i fancy the stress free journey on the train this year because it took me 9 hours last year in the car
