EEK our train doesn't get into Chelmsford until 12:30pm and we need spaces for 10 tents EEK

you will be fine hun,we only get there earlier so we can start drinking x gates opened at 10 last year but they dont normally open till 12 x theres always laods of space x

we usually get the for about 11am, but some of my mates are talking of going at 7am.

Is there any point, if the gates dont open till 10 (as someone says above)

It said 12 last year and they opened at 10.30 still.

i think we are getting there about 2pm. We normally go about the same time each year and never have problems.

Damm, just noticed that I wont get into Chelmsford train station till about 14:30 :-(

You wont have any problems - a lot of people are still settng tents up about 6/7pm on the Friday so you will have no problems getting a space. Confused the hell out of me one year as i set my tent up, popped into town then stayed in the pub a bit too long - when i returned at 11pm i had no chance of finding my tent!

I shall hopefully get there for about 10am. I'm driving from my place of residence and last year the ques to Hylands Park were crazy!

2 years ago, they let a few of us in by mistake at 8am. Had the whole field to ourselves for a few hours!
