Give it a try.

I took mine back last year from the previous year to see if they would exchange them, I told them I had contacted V and they told me to bring them back... they didn't fall for it (I had about £20 quids worth)

I've got about £30 from last year.. I sent them off a couple of years ago to the address that was provide somewhere and never heard anything.

you have tokens left over at the end? I think we may have had a few and ended up selling them cheap to someone but rarely do we have enough to warrant keeping them 12 months.

They will probably be a different colour anyway. No chance I doubt. But no harm trying.
