Starting to have a hint of panic... I have actually sold my tickets as the line up wasn't totally to my liking (for face value, I am in no way a tout). I am now stressing that I won't get them to my buyers in time!!!

Come on See - pull your fingers out! Someone give me some words of comfort please!

If it gets to next Tuesday and I haven't got mine, I might just phone them up. That's all I can do really. The advice I'll get from them is probably the advice I'd give to you - just give a reference number for your tickets and your name. Print off the confirmation e-mail you got when you bought the tickets and that should be sufficient.

If you haven't got your tickets in the post (ergo, neither have the buyers) then it's not your fault.

In your case I think you should just hope that the buyer is forgiving and explain to him/her the risk he took when he purchased the tickets unofficially and to have prepared for something like this to happen. I'm sure if you just give him a confirmation e-mail, reference number, name and address then it'll be enough for him to get in. Like I said, it's not your fault you don't have the tickets.

To be fair to Festival Republic, I think they're being quite reasonable and liberal with how they treat their ticket sales when you put it into comparison with something like Glastonbury that requires Photo ID, fingerprints, stool samples and a blood contract. Well... sort of.
