Ticketline - Says delivered but no tickets !

Tickets not arrived from ticketline so I rung them. They gave me tracking no and it says delivered but I aint had them.

Spoke to ticketline again and they said its tough luck tickets say delivered.

Apparently they were sent secure mail but with no signature so dont know whats happened to them.

Had an argument with a manager from ticketline who said tough luck. Nice one. No tickets for me now !!!

Royal mail. But they're system just shows as delivered. Apparently they are sent and postman just ticks box as delivered and thats it. No signature needed.

So god knows whats happened to my tickets but they werent in my letter box. Postie could have nicked them or anything.

Trouble is ticketline are saying tough shite....

i'd do that if i was you but when buying tickets i thought pay for to be sent special delievery which requires a signture plus postman surpose to put card though door saying who they left it with. If they gone missing and was sent special del, royal mail are lyable for them but unfortunly ur properly only get refund. i hope you get sorted and get ya tickets.

I think you should ring up Ticketline again and tell them you are going to get watchdog or someone like that involved...you know one fo these sort of companies, beacause it is their fault, and until the tickets are in your hand it is their responsibility!

Paul - I've replied on your other thread on Weston Park - basically check with your sorting office, they may well have been taken there and will be shown as "delivered" by Royal Mail. Good luck - hope you get there on the Sunday.

Thats f**king disgusting, Id be so pissed off, hope you get it sorted, Id be tearing someone a new one
