Fom the website: On very short notice, we have managed to confirm Steve Mason (formerly of the Beta Band, King Biscuit Time & more) to replace Dengue Fever, who were forced to cancel their whole UK tour due to being signed to a new label and having to go into the studio immediately to meet album deadlines. Dengue Fever send their sincere apologies and hope to make it to End of the Road next year instead, we were devastated when we got the news.

Steve Mason is alright, but a pretty bland act to close out the Big Top. Can't they swap him with Voice of The Seven Thunders or something?

Aw that's pretty shity news. Steve Mason isn't a bad replacement by any shout, in fact, I'd quite like to see him. But yeah, don't think he'll bring the party.

Sorry for the Dengue Fever fans, but it's not the EOTR people's fault, and I think they've done very well in finding a replacement at short notice

Personally I'm quite happy with Steve Mason - particularly if he's not shy of doing some Beta Band stuff

It was the penultimate I Walk The Earth that properly got people going, in truth - he seemed to do Dry The Rain as an impromptu afterthought to close, possibly because it'd been pissing down all day.

Steve Mason i'm more than happy with.He's been the sound of the summer really-he's played every festival i've been too!

Steve Mason will be good though...last band of the festival is a big ask so hope he can get people moving.

Saw Steve Mason at Glastonbury 2010 and he totaly blew away the crowd at The Park stage. A good replacement I think...
