We have secured a stunningly diverse line up which will be spread over 7 stages and we have improved our Children’s area, site art and campsite/live in vehicle area facilities for 2011. All 500 early bird tickets sold out in less than an hour and ticket sales in general are up on last year. The old favourites will be back again including Angel Gardens, Cabaret, craft workshops, tea tent, organic food vendors and the bar will provide a better selection of Real Ales & Ciders at pub prices. The planning meetings will remain open door and if you would like to attend to offer your ideas or help out please feel free to email the office info(at)beardedtheory.co.uk . We will be supporting 3 charities in 2011 being Shelter, Oxfam and a small local charity being the Drop Inn who work with teenagers on the streets. howie7
Will Alabama 3 be playing last on Sunday, finishing at midnight? If so, dilemma..... Teenage son with English GCSE exam on the Monday morning. Do we leave early on Sunday evening and miss Alabama 3 (sobs) or travel home afterwards leaving him sleep-deprived for the next day and at risk of being a failure? timespeedsup
Howie7, they might close the main stage earlier, maybe even by 11, if it helps. I can't distintly remember last year, plus it's a new venue with new licensing restrictions.... but would 11pm finish be much help anyway? I have to leave by midnight Saturday FTR, so not getting my fair share of A3, Zion Train, Flutatious etc Better than nowt though.
