Rich BT
The area we are using at Kedleston is around 30 acres bigger than what we had in the past 2 years and considering the capacity not increasing a great deal this year we will have loads of room. The campsite will be very spacious and the ground is pretty flat. The campsite is around a 5 minute walk, basically its on the opposite side of the river and you have to walk over a bridge to get to the campsite. We will have our usual luggage crew taking your camping gear into the campsite for you and new for 2011 will be rent a wheelbarrow housed in the car park. The campervan field has seen the biggest change replacing a 2 acre space to a 10 acre field which will be better managed from the outset . Its nice to actually be able to cater for the demand and to expand the space to cater for demand (which we did a week or so ago). The arena is roughly the same size but with more artwork in place – this year the theme for the arena is “pants”. The arena will be stunning with a number of Oak Trees dotted about and behind the Main Stage will be the stunning backdrop of Kedleston Hall. I will try and get the site plan uploaded tomorrow. Rich BT
24 Hour area means access to food, shop, medics, security, lost children area not a 24 hour party area. However the Chill Dome and Gails tea tent are open until the early hours. Click www.beardedtheory.co.uk/test/site%20plan.pdf

FunkyDenz
Assuming that the map is the correct way up (ie North = the top), it might be an idea for the eFest camp to be to the left of the trees rather than the right. This is based on a belief that the weather gods are smiling on us, rather than last year's Jack Frost cooling us down to -4, or the year before when the Venti / Anemoi / Njord (wind gods) making it a tad breezy. I'd like a lie in before my tent turns in to a sauna

Ringo_Spar
The whole area is fairly well protected from the wind (it's all in a gentle valley) so I don't think it will matter which side of the trees you camp on. Nice spot there, though, I reckon.

airds
finally took the plunge this weekend and bought some tickets quick question through, does the Main Stage acts clash with the Beard Top acts or is it when one finished the other starts ? The reason I'm asking is because it looks like Sonic Boom 6 clash with Dirty Revolution, and I know wifey wants to see both. I seen them both before but she had wanted to stay home and look after one of the kids

airds
We try and programme the running orders to enable everybody to see a fair sized chunk of all Main Stage/Beard Top sets.
