I have to admit its a bit of a grower and better than ratitude but I think they could have made a better album if they combined the 2 and ditched 10 songs. I would still say that if picking a 20 song touring setlist I wouldnt pick any songs off this album. If anyones interested I would have.

Just listened to the new album for the first time today - none of the songs jump out at me, but it does seem to flow better than their last couple of albums. Just hope they do a tour soon - a proper one would be nice n' all.

I have to admit that I misjudged this album, it is actually one of the best albums of the year. Every time I listen to it, there seems to be a new song that grabs my attention. To be honest most of my favourite albums ever didnt make much impact untill several listens. When i said that this album have been combined with ratitude. I know think the album stands on its own merit although still think red and ratitude could have been combined with the filler cut out. As for hurley, in my opinion there are 6 great songs out of 10 which (admitedly not blue album perfection) is a good success. I would say runaway, unspoken and brave new world are a bit filler and time flies doesnt work at all. However in conclusion a great album and people should give it a good chance.
