ilikeboureks
Well I thought the tipi was excellent this year. Some great bands, good sound, and plenty of space for most people to get in. Only let down was that during some of the quieter acts the music from the cider bus was a bit overpowering. Nothing against the cider bus playing music, but maybe they could turn it down a bit when quieter acts are playing next door? Not a huge ask. It certainly wont make me buy any less cider. Risteardo
Hmmmmmm. I'm wondering if, like me, you were in close proximity to a loud-mouthed girl & her mates for I&W. She kept talking about much she was enjoying him even though it might not seem that way as she was talking so much. She really was obnoxious. 'Come play croquet with us' at the top of her voice, grrrrrrrr...........!!!! Sometimes the sound was a bit quiet, but the talking during sets can be a problem everywhere, was awful  on the sat night in the garden stage when Iron & Wine played

Better Late...
That's something that struck me in general this year...lots of talking and often quite near the front which surprised me. Several times I had to move because it was irritating me. It's a pet hate of mine and I have no idea why people do it. Please people, if you really need to talk then there are plenty of places you can do it away from the stages. Edited September 15, 2010 by Better Late... Sipperana
That oops was me, accidentally posting as Elfy, and I can't work out how to delete a post. What I meant to say, as me, was... We were allegedly guilty of talking too loud when Willy Mason was on. However: a) We were also there to see him; We were catching up with people who we'd just met up with; c) This was a bonus act that wasn't even announced until the last minute anyway; d) The bloke who told us to shut up had ridiculously long toenails, so knackers to him.
