so what you're saying is this... "the best and biggest headliner crowds of recent years were for Green Day and Blink-182"...

Now to me here you seem to be saying that your favourite headliners are the best and drew the biggest crowds. It would be like me saying Pixies and Radiohead had the biggest crowds.... they did not. But the gigs themselves were second to none

Vast numbers of people singing and going mental certainly doesn't indicate a lack of quality. And yes, Paramore did deserve it. Hence why they were better supported than the acts beneath them.

Must have been one tiny venue.

Where were you for both acts? If down the front, then you have no right telling people who witness it from the sides and back than Blink 182 had a larger crowd

Down towards the middle/front, absolutley crushed like f**k, all the way through. A crush which did not in any way alleviate itself till Blink were over, hence why it took at least 15 minutes to get out, whereas in previous years it only took less than 5 (with the exception of when Green Day played)

A) It's funny that because I've heard numerous people comment on how much they loved Weezer & Limp Bizkit, but very very few (it's only you) for Paramore.

B) I was at the front for Paramore at the start and ended up at the back, where I stayed for Blink. Paramore did not have a bigger crowd than Blink 182.

When did Paramore play; Saturday at Leeds?

I can't remember exactly what me and my missus were doing but I think we missed Paramore to watch a bit of some bullshit film called 'Suck' in the Alternative Tent. I remember being in there when Weezer played MGMT and my girlfriend looking at me as if to say that it was sacrilege, and then leaving mid-way through the film to go and see Caribou - who were probably a million times better than that tediously formulaic emo shit. Left before Blink 182 even took the stage.

Saturday was probably the most relaxing of the days we had at Leeds.
