We will hold your booking until Midnight Tuesday 13th October.

If we have been unable to secure the funds by that date unfortunately your order will be cancelled.

My money came out of my account today

I rang Seetickets today to clarify and as some of the posts above state, they are charging cards over a week long period, they will also send an email notification if payment fails, so there's nothing to worry about, just check your inbox daily until the money goes.

they took my money on monday but last year it took 4 days

Probably, email Glastonbury and ask them.

A quick google doesn't bring up any companies with that name (unless I have misread your post and that's not the name of them). However it did bring this up as the first result: https://0merchant.com/theatrical-producers-excl-motion-pictures-ticket-agencies-merchant-account/

Which rather ominously has the following written in red at the top of the page: ** People with ticket issues, YOU DID NOT buy anything from us. !! This page is for business owners only.

Yeah, probably a scam, it is constantly said that only book from See Tickets and elsewhere you are not safe. If you miss out try again in April. It probably cost a fortune as well. ONLY book from See or volunteer. I hope you are alright nonetheless, must be a horrible feeling.

If you still wanna try the next sale is April.
