Those lyrics sure are going to live forever, such poetry and pathos, smart and simple, an instant connection, and what hooks in the music! What instrumentation, and syncopation - you're right this is nothing short of stunning! It's like hearing Led Zeppelin/Nirvana/Sex Pistols/Rolling Stones* for the first time all over again!

Bet their English teacher isn't impressed. Sounding like a stuttering Black Crowes is the future clearly!

This isn't Beady Eye.

Just listen to the vocals. They don't sound like Liam at all in my opinion and don't have the rasp that he's acquired over the years. They struggle to hold a note aswell and though Liam's voice has got worse over the years, it doesn't sound like that. And I know that its intended to be a demo, but with the amounts of cash that they'll be spending in studios your not going to get a demo that sounds that bad. Even if some chancer recorded it off a mobile phone and banged it on youtube it wouldn't sound like that. It sounds like its being recorded badly inside a garage.

And considering its been on youtube since 7th September and not one music website has made a comment about, I'd take a guess that nobody else thinks its them as well. When Stop the Clocks surfaced it had people like the nme commenting on it the same day, but this which has been on over a month, hasn't got a mention at all. I'd be extremely suprised if this turns out to them tbh.

Yes, Cher did something simliar with that Believe song as nobody like her voice so they pissed around with it to make try to make it more intresting. Hopefully, one day, Liam will be as a good singer as Cher as long as he keeps following in her footsteps.

haha funny guy. not really the same thing she had some electronic synthesizer. a condenser just simply condenses your voice to make it sound less savage. they used the same sort of thing on the masterplane album

You use a condenser on pretty much everything...Just smooths out the sound, so you don't get any massive volume changes...But it doesn't sound all that much like Liam. If it is him, it's been autotuned to hell. And if it is them, then god knows where it came from because that is one of the most awfully recorded songs I've ever heard...

Yeah listen to SOTL. His voice sounds nothing like it! Plus wheres the emphasis he puts on the last notes? On that 'Beady Eye' whoever it is they can't even hold a full track. And I struggle to see why they would put such a great emphasis on autotuning it or condesing it and put no work into any of the instruments.

Theres other points as well. That guitar solo been another case. It sounds dreadful. Andy and Gem wouldn't come out with anything like that garbage. Their much better than that. Even I'm not that bad to put my name to a shit solo like that. Thats a early guitar players solo. The guitars do not sound like £3000 guitars what they will be playing. They sound like cheap guitars being put through cheap amps. And that bass sound at the end of the first chorus sounds awful. If that was going through something such as Abbey Road it would no way sound that bad. It even sounds like he messes the first note up completly. That bass drum doesn't sound like its going through any sort of soundboard. Its not Beady Eye.

Firstly I wasn't making a future-telling statement . But yeah heard they weren't great at Reading or Leeds (saw the Reading performance online, I liked it cause i'm a fan but performance wise, meh). At Hard rock calling they were fantastic, same with the smaller venues in which they were superb.
