Basically, what he's doing is defending what he said with something we don't have any access to, so it's virtually impossible to see whether or not he has contradicted himself or not. On face value, one minute the guy says he works for a magazine and then next he said he doesn't directly work for a magazine.

That's a direct contradiction - you either work for a magazine or you don't. If you did contract work FOR a magazine, adding the clarification that the person works as a contract worker wouldn't be something you missed out because it's quite an important detail.

He's talking out of his arse.

I'm not guna tell you any specific info dude but from someone who's got the PM, freelancing is defo not what it is, and I DEFO dont have any reason to lie and make it up as I'm someone like everyone who wanted info. I dont work for anyone etc and OKB is another person who I have debated with on here is all

All you had to say in your first post is "he's a contract worker for a very famous magazine and he has a lot of contacts" - you only really had to add the word 'contract'. That wouldn't be waffling. You just didn't add the distinction because at the time this made-up guy worked directly for a magazine; now he doesn't work directly for a magazine, and you've contradicted yourself.

Going back to the start of this thread btw, the original poster OKB originally said Foo Fighetrs aren't playing Reading and Leeds cus they're headlining Download, at this time the post was started Foos were already a rumour on efestivals and we had already discussed with site admin and on the Download forums that they were playing Download.

Now the same thing happened with System of a Down Friday night and then ages after its very public OKB comes on here and says that SOAD are playing Download, and Ozzy we've known for ages too.

So in regards to Download, all the info in here is old news adn no inside sources at all.

Since the original statement OKB you've since gone on to talk about numerous festivals and acts saying you have inside information from a source on all this, that originally you couldn't say public on these boards cus the guy would get sacked, but then have since told Gazza and offered it to me as well in a PM, a PM doesn't make it anymore of a secret I could have just posted whatever you told me on these boards and so could Gaz.

Regardless, this has been a really entertaining thread so ta all involved!

If this magazine is paying he wage then I would say yes he works for that magazine whether it's long term or short term.
