she could still stand up if she's in a wheelchair, but since her character has never stood up before, it was obviously a f**k up.

no one died! even peter barlow is still alive. they really are dragging it out. a week's worth of episodes all set in the one night and still only 2 out of the 4 have died.

Izzy often pulls herself into seats from her wheelchair in episodes - it looked to me that she just pulled herself up using the bar to make her announcement. The actress is wheelchair bound in real life after all...

The guy who plays John has been great in his big storyline I think.

Corrie is just funny because the characters are so unbelievable but he's managed to make a quite ludicrous storyline believable and make it a very good one.

Thought the live episode was quite good to be fair to them, just can't take the entire week seriously after the hilarity that was the computer generated tram. They should have cut out some of the crappy storylines and concentrated on the main ones to make it a bit less chaotic. Not a bad week for them, no Home and Away though
