wasn't impressive at bestival either - was on at 3pm or something, played a set of mainly slamming house stuff with lots of synths over the top of the beatboxing. far too heavy for the afternoon, and not many people got what he was doing....

Was I the only one who liked The Vines?

Heard they are kinda shoddy live though as Craig Nicholls is abit mental.

Would love to see High Contrast back, was gutted I missed him last year but the queue to get in the Strongbow tent was massive. Caught the end of Benga's set though so was happy.

I'm into dubstep and drum and bass just now so a few acts along those lines in the Rizla and other tents would be ideal: Camo and Krooked, Noisia, Nero, TC, Caspa, Jakwob, Borgore etc would be amazing and top of the festival for me.

the vines were good. he's not mental though, he has asperger's syndrome. i don't think they tour that often now because people with asperger's need to stick to a routine.

Just googled it now, looks pretty good. Belgium seems the place to be for events at the moment, they have quite a few, all drawing big names. Origin ran a bus to ILT - "The Jungle Bus". Too hardcore for me though and sure there would have busts at borders!
