Chris sounded horrendous on Jools Holland the another night for Rusty Cage.

I thought he sounded good. He's torn up his throat a bit so he can't squeal like he used to, but it's a good effort.

Yeah I know his throat is pretty ruined, I just didn't like the effect they were using on it. Sounded to nasal too me.

Remember watching the videos of him at Live Earth in 2007 and he sounds absolutely brilliant, he must of really torn his throat up since then.

That distant echoey effect is pretty standard for them, I guess you either like or or you don't. He hasn't been able to let rip for a while vocally but I thought they were on good form when I watched the extended version.
