Your Guess of the 'out of the blue' headliner.

Okay, so all over this forum is just speculation of whether the rumours of Muse, The Stokes, MCR, Green Day etc etc are going to headline. As it's been said before, Reading always pull a surprise out of the bag. So who do you think will be the act that will surprise us and hasn't been rumoured yet?

I'll throw one out there that hasn't been mentioned yet. Rage Against The Machine? They have announced a new album next year. Surely a tour too, stopping off at Reading & Leeds?

I'm not sure the organisers actually sit down and book headliners on the basis that they might be a suprise. I imagine its got more to do with them being a big band or something, maybe I'm out of touch. If thy wanted to suprise everyone they'd book me as a headliner.

I know there is more chance of jedward headlining... But how good would it be if the Jam anounced a reunion at L+R (town called malice has just come on my ipod )

Don't think MCR are really headliner's, and I can't think of any bands that are one their way up and are big or respected enough to make the step-up so I can only think of a reformed band or someone who doesn't play in the UK often

So I'm going to say that I think it'll either be Soundgarden or Daft Punk
