i got a similar thing going on..

I know if i've put on too much weight if i can see my belly when i look down. If my bellys bigger or in line with my boobs then i know that i need to loose weight!!

I do appreciate it is hard to fully understand the situation, there are a fair few factors, losing his job, prison, depression etc - but I still feel he was his own worst enemy

One thing I will say, *if* I let myself get to 20 stone, I'd realise when I looked in the mirror that I need to seriously sort something out before it gets out of hand, change my diet, more exercise etc

doesn't help that junk food's thrown in your face, adverts everywhere, rubbish food on the end of the aisles in supermarkets i.e. crisps/chocolate at the end of the checkouts, in the aim of tempting people to buy some whilst they wait in the queue

there i was just about to eat my t. flicking threw the channels like you do seeing whats on, i see the new beady eye video is coming on in a min, ohh i am thinking. i turn it on, to see some fat fuk being stabbed in the stomach with a pear of salad tongs, made me feel so sick. who wants to watch that?

It must have been a shock to watch a disillusioned arrogant cabbage desperately trying to find success after realising that his life is past it's pinacle and being in denial that it's somehow his fault, but having to watch the World's Fattest Man first
