Yup he did, said he'd be taking the year off to work on the new album, but a weekend off doing 2 dates in the UK for big bucks, im sure he wouldn't mind, especially if it was with Eminem and Rhianna

just noticed rem are no longer on the rumours list for v or latitude (i will probably be going to both so was hoping to see them at at least one fest!)

shame as they were one of the main reasons id been lured back into possibly going to v again. however the trio of arctic monkeys/the libertines/beady eye is still pretty appealing, especially if primal scream doing screamadelica is announced too.

i reckon they will play, read an article by mike skinner saying this was the last album and tour as they have taken the streets as far as they can go so would expect them to be at loads of fests over the summer and they seem to be regulars at V. just hope if they do play its not in the tent as it was heaving in 2009 and couldnt get in
