An entire month of eating healthy, not eating one tiny piece of chocolate and instead having lovely rainbow salads and watching what I eat has ended in spectacular style.

Chinese New Year dinner...enough leftovers for 3 lunches worth.

I dont drink vast amounts that's for sure, had my first cider last Thursday (just a half too) since I cant remember when and it all went downhill from there. I do think this shite shite weather isnt helping. Cadbury's Dairy Milk passed my lips yesterday too. And now beers.

Hurumph. NO strong will. Just feeling supermeh about it all now.

Yeh, dont beat yourself up over a bad weekend! This is one of the problems with dieting, is that if you end up having a bad weekend, people tend to say oh well ive screwed up now, and then continue eating crap. OR sometimes if I know I have a big meal/night out coming up, i'm like, well whats the point in dieting all week when i'm gonna be going out this weekend anyway. Its mental!

I like the new weight watchers plan, because you have your daily 29 points (minimum, depending on your weight) and then you have another 49 points to spend over the week. Its good because it means if you do cave and eat a mcdonalds or a chocolate bar, you have a reserve of 49 points to count it from. It means you dont ruin any days by over indulging. I try to keep as many of my 49 as I can for the weekend though, but sometimes during the week, particularly because of my job (where I get meals paid for me, but usually at places liks mcd's, kfc etc) I end up dipping into them. but guilt free!

Total for day 1389

This doesn't show up properly but basically this is what i'm eating a lot of at the moment the first number is how many units, second is calories per unit, third is total calories. I also switch around what i have for breakfast but within a similar amount of calories or if i have a bit more i don't care really. Also sometimes adding in some prawns and stuff to my dinner. It suits me at the moment because during the week i'm only cooking for myself and i'm making sure i get loads of veggies in which i love. I'm not going out much so its easy for me at the moment.

I'm also eating 1 or two apples a day which i'm not counting as they are supposedly negative calories.

Weekends are tricky as i'm spending so much time at my sister in laws where the food they eat is terrible. Loads of beef mince and potatoes or pasta and cheese. So i'm sort of not worrying too much about what i eat over the weekend. probably going to hamper my efforts a bit but not too much i hope.

If i feel like a treat i'll have sushi which is practically saintly anyway.

oh well even if apples are more calories than it burns to eat them i'm still well within my 1500 per day limit.

Why did Sara get a -1? just cus someones having a day off, giving her a minus is not very supportive. I think minus 1s should be turned off in here apart from for Ampers who deserves it for saying losing weight is a piece of piss!!

After eating like a pig the last few weeks, I've got an Asda delivery coming in the next hour or so and it's got lots of veggies and fruit. I have recently rediscovered my love of broccoli :D

I have recently invested in a steamer and was stunned how great broccoli tasted after 15 mins in there. Decided enough was enough about 7 months ago, bought myself a bike and stopped eating fried chicken like it was going out of fashion. As a result, i have lost 21lbs and dropped a clothes size across the board. Quite chuffed with myself.

First proper day of my diet today. Wasnt too bad and im feeling pretty motivated, so hopefully will be able to stick to it. Run out of points for the day tho, and dont really wanna dip into my weekly points, so im currently munching on gherkins in vinegar, coz they are 0 points. Not to everyones taste mind, but i love em :D

Ohh that meal last night was gorgeous! Chicken and bacon BBQ stack, chips, salad from the salad cart with dressings and crunchy croutons and things and bread rolls! and a honeycomb explosion icecream, which is icecream, honeycomb, cream and toffee sauce!

loved it!!

Hop hop, back to it today :P

I will point out that that 5 mile run is the pretty much the only exercise I have done in a long time. There ain't no muscle being built up that's for certain! If only, that would mean I am actually exercising regularly. I'm not a fan but I am trying to be.

I just think my poor bod has been so not used to any movement or exercise it is just stagnant and all the fat cells are sitting there saying 'not going to shift...not going to shift...we like it here'. I just have to be more active. Sadly though, my day is taken up with needing to be sat in front of a computer pretty much from dawn til dusk while I sit here and hammer out letter after letter and job app after job app.
