2 pizzas, 3 feasts, 2 bowls of angel delight, a chippy and a haggis roll in my diet this week. and i've lost a pound. hooray!

although i learned last night that i'm not allowed to do a skydive as i'm over 14st. load of bollocks. i'm 14.2 now. will i plummet do my death with these extra 2 pounds?

Are you measuring the fat loss just on your weight though?

If you're doing excerise you will gain muscles (which weigh more than fat) so it's always a better idea to go on how tight you're cloths feel, I think there's another way to measure it by dunking yourself in the bath but I can't remember how that works.

Just ignore it and carry on, I did my BMI once and it told me I'm obese (f**king Wii!) but it doesn't take into account that I have a large frame (bone structure) and that I'm more muscle than fat.

Beside a few posts at the top of this page said you weren't concerned with weighing yourself. ;)

i know but it's a good indicator. my main one is my waistline though. and as sara says, the waistline is more noticable over a longer period of time.

was just saying that woman were fixated on weight and forgetting everything else. it seems that i should be more worried about body fat than weight just now though. but i'm too self concious to join the gym
