It's the not the same thing, your metabolism is the thing in your body that uses energy so by increasing it you're gonna use up more energy. This is why when you're are younger you can eat more and not put on weight as when you get old you're metobolism decreases.

It does help you loose weight though. Where as celery takes a stupid amount of portions to work boosting you're metabolism means when excersing/daily routine you can use 5-20% more energy it alone is useless if you do is sit around though and create the defiect to loose weight just by eating less and the curry or whatever is part of balanced diet.

I was using this method alot when I use to body build, as the idea is to put on as much weight as you can when getting bigger muscles to ensure they are getting enough energy to grow and once they're finally bigger you will have excess fat so you need to loose that but without them getting smaller.

Depends on the size. The Mcsweens that's for 2-3 people takes about an hour but it's worth the wait, so moist.

It will never compete with a blackpudding supper though. It's the first thing I do when I get over the border.

I have said it before, but the best chip shops are in Scotland :D
