If they do the whole 12 logo bands playing top 3 / headlining second stage I'm guessing so far we have out of them...

SOAD

Linkin Park

Rob Zombie

Avenged Sevenfold

KoRn

Pendulum

Alice Cooper

Bullet For My Valentine

So 4 more 'biggish' bands left... ones a headliner and I'd guess Wolfmother will take third top again. I reckons Dizzee Rascal will be below Linkin Park and Pendulum too :P.

korn are the only ones i'd really want to see there. but then when you compare it as a whole (so far), it's pretty piss poor compared to when they played in 09. i'm regretting not going to that one more and more as time goes by.

sonisphere are winning for me despite having far less bands announced.

Considering the festival is apparently growing massively year after year why do they not produce a line up to reflect this?

I understand they need some repeats realistically but pushing the same spots onto the same bands year in year out is getting really boring really quickly.

I can see Bullet and Pendulum headlining in a year or two at this rate...

I believe I read that they've already said they are, or some other leak has suggested that. Seems like common sense to me anyway as they 'flow' alot better, maybe theres a shout for second stage though.

Albeit I read that on the Download forum so it could easily be wrong. I think it's a given they'll be under Linkin Park though, and if they're not second they'll be third (And Dizzee Rascal will be 2nd :P).

Personally, I'm happy with that lineup. Not because I think it's good, but because I've got a wedding to pay for this year so am not meant to be doing festivals. I might not have been able to resist the urge if it was a good one though.

The only bands I'd be bothered about are Clutch and Gaslight Anthem and I've seen both of them loads over the last few years.

Dizzee would be ace. Love him. His live show is brilliant! Though not sure the DL crowd would as appreciative!! But hey ho!

Pendulum played Soni when it was light last year, and in 2009 at DL they played 3rd main stage under Marilyn Manson and rocked the place. It was Prodigy that wouldn't play in the light! ;)
