StoneCircle
If its as hot as last year take a couple of solar showers, pour the water when hot into a water container, insert your cold water connecter into container and have a hot shower from your cold tap! That's what we did as our heater packed in!
DeadAmos
What do you need to shower for ???
grumpyhack
Normally in a motorhome the shower is pumped by electric (12 volt from the leisure battery or 240 volt if you have a hook up) and the water is heated by calor gas. A couple near us last year had a 'solar shower' - a big plastic bag that you warm in the sun then hang up and use gravity feed for the shower. Last year was blisteringly hot but they said that after three days in the sun the water coming out of the bag was still only lukewarm, so I wouldn't hold your breath for one of those. Cooter
We use one of these, not neccesarily from that seller. The solar shower bags we had last year heated their water up really well, almost scalding hot so we had to cool it down with cold. We'd make do with the solar shower bags but find the pressure is just too weak to get clean or feel refreshed so we just empty them into a big water bottle (about 25litres, enough for two 5 minute showers) and then put the 12v shower pump into that. It's really good, has surprisingly good pressure, even washing hair is possible. It also has an on off switch on the shower head so you can save your water while soaping up etc. Added bonus is that most not all of these showers can run 12v electric or their own batteries which make them truly portable. The only slight hassle I find is the swapping over of water from solar bags/saucepans to water container.

Cooter
Look out for a huge funnel with a wide neck, I got mine from a petrol station, don't loose a drop now!
StoneCircle
Yea, got one of those, big long orange one from Halfords. Does help but valuable hot water still gets spilt after drinking 10 cans of beer, 3 ciders and a couple of bottles of red!
Cooter
it does get a bit muddly but needs must and after 25 years of Glastos I think I've got it down to a fine art, even whilst completely spannered.
