Was having a look at their dates - 26th May in Glasgow, 27th in Manchester, 28th & 29th in London so they're playing around the time of Rockness.

Would love them to headline the Clash on the Sunday.

A lot of people on these forums will moan that they'll bring 'the neds', but they'd be a huge coup and would get a big crowd and help shift tickets easily.

Can't realisticly think of too many big acts that would be better?

Personally I think the Barrowlands is a ridiculously small venue for them. Could that have been planned so they would make a Scottish festival appearance?

The stuff they release as SHM is not to my taste but idividually i like them.

Could make for a crackin live set i wouldnt expect their live stuff to sound much like their mainstream releases. IMO

I think SHM would be good, but I can't see the festival choosing an act like that to play.

I didn't think the festival would choose Paolo Nutini to headline...

I prefer them live to the songs they release - when I saw them although there were a few mainstream songs chucked in the SHM songs they played were the instrumentals ... so there was no Tine Tempah or Pharell over the tune.
