Sure last year they did a few in 1st announcement, then left rest til quite abit after tickets were sold out.

Knowing V they'll announce soon as tickets sell out.

Occasionally the bands will post on their site/myspace/facebooks, but V could still swap them over they have before.

I'll be gutted if they do that, i'm getting a day ticket mainly to see Arctic Monkeys and if they screw the customers around like that, that'll be freaking annoying.
