I know some of you will think this is a pointless thread, but i'd just like to vent my anger at how the queueing system worked (yeah right) at Midland Box Office in Wolverhampton...We got there around 06:50 this morning, ample time really, looked at the queue, not that big really...but I've never seen so many people just join the queue towards the front, and the dicks in the high viz jackets just stand back and do nothing!....now I think I was fairly fortunate to get a day ticket (Sunday, but will keep checking sites over the next couple of weeks or a Saturday ticket)but I do feel sorry for some of the people who had queued since 03:30 to go away empty handed (they wanted Camping but they had sold out by 10:30) surely a better system should be put in place in future (I didn't buy on-line 'cos I resent the fact that I have to pay fee after fee for tickets) anyway, I'm off my soap box now lol see you in August......

Thats f**ked, there were people queueing from 10pm thurs night my mate said, ive queued a couple times in the past and never had that, got camping tix at 1pm a couple of yrs ago. Demand must have been higher than ever today

I agree that the booking fees are extortionate and I'm totally against them being so high but isn't it a false economy to get up early, drive to Wolves, park up and stand around in the cold for 2-3 hours just to save less than a tenner.

I used Midland Box office yesterday morning to get my daughters ticket and had a totally different experience. Got up 10 minutes earlier than normal so i could make sure I was in front of my work PC at 8.50. Logged on, got my ticket by 9.05. They also gave me the option to pick up from the box office to save the £8.50 postage. My only gripe is that my daughters friends parents didn't manage to get any tickets so now she's either going on her own or selling on ebay.

Top tip for next year is to log straight on to Midland Box Office, no queue at 9am.
