Well I had Bacon & Maple Syrup pancakes for the first time yesterday - fan-bloody-tastic!!!

Got a little amount of batter left for a couple tonight as well. Happy days!

Went round my Mums. Had to tell her to stop serving pancakes in the end. Myself and the old boy just couldn't eat anymore. Lovely pancakes though!

I was working until 12:30 this morning. so no pancakes for me - i will be having a delayed pancake day on thursday maybe if i can get away from here before midnight.

For thin European pancakes, definitely sugar and lemon. For thick puffy American pancakes, I adore them with what the Americans call Canadian bacon and maple syrup, yummy!
