Doing a bit of touring over the summer, some small festivals around europe through June. Think they could make an appearance low on the main, mid NME or even FR headliners? Really want to see them

They were high up on FR stage last year so will probably make the transition to NME. Saw a bit of them whilst waiting for GnR, pretty good. The girl is poontang.

They did low down on the NME in 2008 - 1pm or so.

Deserve a higher NME slot IMO, really good live band.

They're only playing smaller festivals I believe. To be fair, if 'the girl is poontang' is the most intelligent comment you can make with regards to a band, you're probably best staying away from their shows anyway.

They were awesome last year. they played the introducing stage aswell Thursday night in 2009.

I was going to make a comment about how hot she is, and justify it by pointing out that everyone else in the thread had done the same. And then hazzamid11 had to go and ruin it by not mentioning how hot Laura is...

In all seriousness I think they're a great band both live and on record, and hope they're at R/L this year. I was disappointed they were so high up the FR stage in 2010, as this meant I didn't get to see them. They've played quite a lot in recent years, which makes me suspect they probably won't this year, but I'd like them to.

I really enjoyed their performance, despite not being there for long. Managed to make it close to the front too. I would probably have raved about it if I knew any of their songs!

She's very pretty & in a band! Looks a bit like Kate Nash imo.

Yeah, I didn't know them at the time, so didn't catch them... and I'm sure they clashed with QOTSA (to above poster (forgot to multi-quote and can't be bothered to go back)). But I really hope they play a mid NME slot this year, would be perfect.

"a bit like Kate Nash" still seems an insult to me, as I don't find Nash hot at all.. but I see where you're coming from

I was right at the front for QOTSA, made it out, waited quite a while for GnR by the 2nd ice cream van on the left, got bored waiting (maybe around 20mins)... decided to get a Tuborg & Gaymers & wandered over to catch BRS whilst having a snakebite. Wasn't that bothered about GnR as I had a feeling it wouldn't be very good. Turned out last year I got to see all the bands I wanted to... there weren't that many though.

I think she looks like a less chubby faced Kate Nash. Is she still going out with the bloke from The Cribs?

Well, that's annoyed me that I stood around waiting for a below-par GnR show when I could have been watching BRS, although, at the time I wasn't a fan... so it's not so bad. Yeah she's still with Gary(?) from The Cribs, his twitter war with Professor Green about her was pretty good

They've got one very good song in Boring by the Sea and are pretty watchable live.
