Pretty sure Lostprophets will be back, they have no fests lined up this year and put in a pretty strong appeal to play 2011.

That seems to be all the likely ones. They may be unlikely but Soundgarden still stick out like a sore thumb to fit into the slot under MCR as far as heavy bands go, there aren't really any other heavy bands that jump out like that.

Bullet are pretty high up at Download. Not aware of any exclusiveness but I would say it makes them a little bit less likely.

Are in debt to Reading and Leeds after 2 years ago and are playing plenty of European festivals this year. Having said that the fact theyre subbing at Download does make it unlikely.
