Facebook account down for maintenance

For at least two hours I've been trying to log into Facebook, only to get the message:

"Your account is temporarily unavailable due to site maintenance. It should be available again within a few hours. We apologise for the inconvenience."

Anyone else getting this? Or has anyone else had it before? How long does this so-called maintenance last?

I had it yesterday.

Was able to get in again within a minute or so though.

It's Friday, go to the pub for a bit and by the time you get back it'll be sorted.
