Generally, due to the sheer volume of tickets sold it will take time for the E-mail to come in.

I haven't ever recieved a confirmation E-mail from See Tickets. if the Email hasn't arrived by tomorrow just check the ticket tracker on the See Tickets website, should pop-up with a reference number and the tickets/additional objects ordered.
